My Mother was abused by her father, step father, and MY father. As an adult I had to come to terms with what that did to influence my upbringing. She had no ill intentions. However that is why I choose to do things 100% different. When you know better you do better.

This is why I home educate my kids. 12 years and counting. Co existence and modeling good behavior goes a long way
