That may be true for a lot of people but definitely not everyone. There are many who just plod along and accomplish one goal after another without ever facing devastation. They may even experience life altering events - death of a child or spouse - but that doesn’t mean they have to change course.

The same thing has happened for 25+ novels.

I am very glad that your service is not permanently down. I have an autistic 16-year-old son who uses your library of books and videos on a daily basis and almost broke his computer when logging in no longer worked. Can I give him a target date for a return to full functionality?
