Guys please watch X Men '97 if you have a smidge of super hero interest- coming from someone not that into superheros and I LOVED the show

I'm still gonna keep living, even if things seem bleak, I can't lose hope. The reality is, progress can be slow, there will be pushback against it, the best that we can do is keep that momentum of trying to make things better for others especially locally.

One small good news, NC voters banned together to have Democrats in our state government. So I do not feel like my life is in immediate peril.
Abortion is largely up to the state, and blue cities within NC will allow for it at the very least
