19 years…I’m bad at math. (Or ready for 2025 to be over?)
That project, like many others in that office, were about making the city more livable. 100% agree/commiserate with the suggestion that the PNE is a good location.

To the best of my knowledge, there are still plans to develop the airspace over the tracks…but in the past 20yrs there’s been nothing public to show for the efforts.
