We've had the flue-vent repaired and paid the invoice meaning we're ready for the plumber to install the water heater but between that and our mortgage it looks like our grocery budget this week is just $50. Any help to cover the cost of the water heater is greatly appreciated!

#Baltimore City has a new-ish tradition of somewhat annonmymously decorating the ice melt salt boxes the city puts out every winter and our local Enoch Pratt library has compiled a massive collection of photos of them! 🧡 🖤 ❤️ collections.digitalmaryland.org/digital/coll...

$8.39 a dozen, giant store brand large eggs in Baltimore County 2/14/25. My family made the switch to egg substitute in the carton, which is half the price!

7 - The Well is a giant spiral staircase that houses the city of Bastion. Every few generations, the city is abandoned and rebuilt further down as long dead ancestors buried above awake to threaten Bastion. Gravediggers, brave and foolish adventures put down the undead +salvage any wealth they can.

6- Plant Girl game is a cozy slice of life relationship-oriented rpg where the PCs play plant kids (not necessarily girl kids) working together and with their community to prevent an ecological disaster. All players collaborate to describe their mother, home, community, and the danger it faces.

4- Polaris the RPG by Black Book Editions is a dystopian post-apocalyptic sci-fi setting in which Earth's surface is a deadly wasteland, and human society has moved underwater to survive. It's pretty crunchy/ fiddly and has a crap ton of skills and a roll-under dice system.

3- Lost Roads is a short (60 pg) RPG in which you play eco-migrants traveling with a displaced community attempting to survive after a civilization-ending climate disaster. It's a D6 pool system with varying degrees of success/ failure +phases including survival, sheltering, +moving to new places.

2- Mecha vs Kaiju is a Fate Condensed game in which you play mecha pilots battling kaiju that can level cities. It includes Anime inspired archetypes, modern day skills+ stunts, rules for creating mechs and kaiju as well as rules for games set in alternate history Japan like the OG Godzilla movies
