They do but ever since they lowered the speed limit, I have paid attention to pedestrians and children near the 3 schools I drive by on my way to work. It was 15 people in 2 years.

It also boggles my mind why the track switches from inside to outside on Charles and why they didn’t add a colour to the cement mix to add a more visible indicator of the track.
