Actually, LAs have been judged by courts guilty of unlawfully slighting SEND children in 98.3% of the EHCP cases that have been appealed.

Especially, LA will have the right and means to decide what education each child will receive, even against their parent's decision.

I think that our industry has a fantastic community of great people. But we rarely see it. These events aren't representative of the game dev community and its diversity, imo.
