December Dodge Momentum Index rose 10.2% m/m vs -2.3% Nov, -5.3% Oct, -4.2% Sept. Commercial rose 14.2%, Institutional up 2.5% - led by data center and warehousing. t.co/zD0JxcHLWY
Better than X data to start 2025 - 4Q GDP now at 2.7% vs 2.4% last week following much stronger JOLTs, higher ISM Svs & recovery underway in ISM Manufacturing. IMO we can live w slightly elevated/stickier inflation w this kind of growth.
