It's very telling how Kirk has been enshrined into this almost mythic figure. One that had traits to admire. Like racism, sexism, and homophobia. These people remember Kirk fondly are just as disgusting as Kirk's horrible statements. They try to pretend his words didn't turn into policy. Liars.
