Yup. I’d say ALX Skeets in general - it’s helped me be more active in my city & has connected me to so many great people IRL. Not to mention Del Ray Bourbon Club.

I stupidly clicked on their editorial about the shut down: Government Shutdowns Wouldn’t Happen if They Caused More Pain - all about how the Rs are willing to negotiate & Ds are playing with fire by trying to force their hand.

Appreciate them making me feel better about canceling my sub.

Carolyn Hax is the only column I’ll miss when my subscription stops. I think you can still access CWGs forecasts (just not their on depth analysis) w/o a sub.

So here’s a flex 😂 - I was in honors & AP English so we did not read the “typical” classics, we read alternative titles fr the same authors. For ex instead of reading “Of Mice & Men” we read “East of Eden”. So I didn’t read a lot of classics until I was an adult (Really like “The Great Gatsby”).

I’ve never seen Titanic. Or Breaking Bad. Or Game of Thrones. Or Survivor. Or The Sopranos (though that one I do want to watch at some point). Or Succession. Or any of White Lotus. Although I have read & enjoyed all the discourse about the last two.

Was it Stained Glass by Kip? I got a piece last year which led me to commissioning him to make custom windows for my front door. Some of the best money I’ve spent. Amazing work.
