Nice! Here's mine, used in-game as the mutated version of an unlucky NPC. Brundel the scribe signed on to record the deeds of the adventurers, but turned to evil after donning a helm of alignment change. A couple of weeks and a bad deal with an Elder God later, BrundelFly became their next big-bad.

Canuck here. We had a real threat to our high school gaming club in the 80s.
Our group got wind that fundamentalists planned to petition the school board to ban D&D, for the good of our souls.
We organized, showed up, countered their bullshit and won the day.
And my soul? It's doing fine, thanks.
