As I’m no longer employed by a financial firm I can probably now say y’all should be genuinely horrified by what’s going on in finance. The lesson they learned from 2008 is leave the public with the bag, hence the push for private investments getting opened up to retail investors.

Reading through the oral arguments from the tariff case. It’s clear we’re probably going to get a 6-3 ruling against but y’all do not have to give any credit to Gorsuch, ACB, or Roberts. Their issue with the case isn’t that it’s unconstitutional, it’s that Trump didn’t send a better argument.
