My most impressive certificate is: "Explosive Safety Management Level 1". Looks way more impressive than my degree. Got it by spending a very entertaining day watching things get blown up in lots of different ways when I briefly worked in a bomb factory.

Both require skills to use.
I would assume that >95% of the population has previously learnt to ride a bicycle.
I would assume <5% of the population has previously learnt to use a Segway.

Excellent. I used to live in Piershill Square West when I first discovered the NLS maps website.
I spent many a happy hour pouring over how the area developed over the centuries.

I look forward to reading this. I spent a good part of my time at the European Transport Conference talking about and pondering this question.
As well as Transport sufficiency, we also discussed living sufficiency.

It doesn't stop bad behaviour (see speed limits), but you do at least conceptually something can be done.
My experience in one small part of one small town in Scotland is that there's a lot less pavement parking compared to before.
