Your constitution does, though, give Congress the power to remove a President, and when Trump started threatening Greenland - the sovereign territory of a NATO ally - it should have immediately led to a unanimous, bipartisan motion to impeach.

And it didn’t. Which is indefensible.

Sure - but this isn't about the public, it's about politicians. By any interpretation, threatening to seize an ally's sovereign territory is grounds for impeachment and removal, and yet Congress are sitting on their hands.

One more time: this is the US government making a direct threat against an ally. The fact that it *hasn't* immediately prompted a bipartisan action by Congress to impeach and remove Trump tells us everything we need to know about the state of US politics in 2026.
