Published by Cork City Libraries as part of the excellent City Council Commemoration Programme, the launch of FIRST CITIZEN on 14 November is fast approaching. The book, co-written with John Ger O'Riordan, tells the fascinating story of Cork's longest-serving Lord Mayor, Seán French.
