I think the difference is that people didn't think they had to make a million hours of "content" then, or at least couldn't monetize it.

Could I maybe suggest that in the future you refrain from making sweeping statements that crumble immediately after a single, simple question?

They can be trained to aim to seek truth.
Truth, to them, is represented as math, but truth to you and I is not really so different. Some things, we 100% agree on, some things, 99%, and some things, 20%.
It's really that simple.

It's pretty obvious that an LLM would have to use a mathematical consensus of its inputs to "aim to seek the truth", and that seems like an important thing to consider

Yes, I actually read that before I jumped in. I'm not trying to be tricky either, and I don't think pushing you on your definition of truth in this context is irrelevant, at all.
