I’ll certainly have a look. My go to is the BBC best bol recipe but I double everything to have plenty to freeze and use later. I use 500g of beef mince and 500g of pork just to sweeten it a tad.

Four hours? That’s about when I’m adding the red wine and Parmesan cheese in preparation to serve. I suspect I’m just not putting enough grunt into breaking up the mince as it’s browning.

Now I’m curious 🧐 I often make Bolognese and never quite get it right. The meat is often chewy. I wonder when you’d add milk to tenderise?
