Instead of spending 20 minutes per NFL game watching the refs do video review and having commentators opine on "the right answer," maybe we just accept that this was all a mistake. We get back to the-call-is-the-call, and the game carries on. Mistakes will be made, but that's the nature of humanity.

Bought a few things at the SFMoMA gift shop. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes. I feel like she should have mentioned that the bag would cost $2.

Trump doesn't know who Andrew Tate is. But the Heritage Foundation functionaries and Hillsdale College interns who have taken over the White House care very much about Andrew Tate and his ilk.
NEW: When Andrew Tate landed in the US, Customs & Border Protection seized his electronic devices. But @propublica.org found that a White House official told DHS to return the devices, emphasizing that the request came from the White House.

Looking at our finals schedule, I see that a colleague is teaching "Statuary Analysis." I like that we're inserting a little art criticism into our otherwise staid legal curriculum.

Saw that Alabama is playing St. John’s today and thought, “that will be a bloodbath. I didn’t know St. John’s even had a football team.” It doesn’t. It’s a basketball game.
