made my sourdough using an (UNglazed) terra-cotta cloche
I feel like it made my crust extra crispy
and even gave it this shiny sheen to it.
(I believe due to the extra steam from soaking the Terracotta )
I feel like it worked better than a Dutch oven
(yes, I know I need to clean my oven)
