The one, the only ... geezer!
@stephmel.bsky.social
Just another geezer who is unabashedly pro-democracy. Not afraid of burning in Hell. Pretty good guitarist.

What you mean 'we', orange man?

As if. Most, if not all, of New York City can't stand him.

Exactly this. The only thing I want to hear from her is her willingness to lose her job to defend democracy.
January 12, 2026 at 5:23 PM
I will believe her when she's willing to lose her job to defend our democracy.

Let's not repost Margaret Brennen's comments from X, shall we? Starving CBS of any media exposure is the right thing to do.

Including the video taken by ICE agent Ross himself, which shows he compromised his own safety by unnecessarily stepping in front of Ms. Good's vehicle. He created further personal jeopardy by holding his phone to record video, limiting the use of both his hands. All this despite his training.

Johnathan Ross is the identity of the Minnesota ICE officer. On June 17th he was injured, dragged by a car after smashing in a window to apprehend a suspect. In this incident, Ross used a Taser to subdue the suspect. Why did he need to use deadly force in Minneapolis despite his training?

Rest assured that will never be necessary. I have no intention of joining ICE. However, I do have every intention of legally opposing the persecution and murder of innocent US citizens. My late father, a Navy veteran and retired LEO, taught me well.

I think Scott Bessent has a smug, smiling, punchable face. Is that enough justification for me to shoot him in the face three times, point blank?

Love me a protest song and a longhorn bass.

Not yet announced, but it's being organized right now.

Good question! I haven't read the bill. Even if it includes the mechanics of enrollment, implementation details can change when the Senate takes the House version. My original point is that there are no restrictions on re-opening enrollment.
January 9, 2026 at 12:12 AM
It's easy to reopen the enrollment period. So, yes.
January 8, 2026 at 11:57 PM
Yes, I think so. Hands down, a possibility.

It's still a business paid for by advertisers. It's not a public service. If CBS management expects viewer loyalty, my simple advice is to not watch.

He's a very anesthetic person.

What's that old saying? "I may not know degenerate art, but I know what I like."
December 27, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Is he touching himself?
