Ugh right!! 😭 It's hard not to feel hurt. But boundaries was another hard thing for me at the time. You don't wanna lose friends or your community, but if you don't set boundaries that's almost just as harmful (if not more)

YESSS !! I have had people do this and it was a shitty feeling. It sucks but people like that made it hard for me to trust people in this space. I know that's something I gotta work on but when so many people have done it, it's hard to not feel that way
