I didn't pick the name, ain't nothin' holy about me.
It's non-newtonian and non-intuitive. Which in the modern zeitgeist translates to edgy.

Is that not what he means? All boys start out as girls in the womb until week 6. So all men are trans.

If you're looking for a potential solution a youtube vlogger by the name of Kraut did an interesting assessment of this exact topic a couple years ago. His (european lens) assessment suggests a likely path is grassroots through state legislature.

Not to refute your claim, but what you are describing sounds like a WISC-IV or WISC-V test, aka an IQ test. These were common pre-requisites for entry into gifted programs.

My money's on the comedian turned president turned '20s Person of the Decade who has 2/3rds of the free world on his side and an alleged pile of rare earth minerals that the US president and Russia are willing to embarrass themselves on stage to acquire.

Friendly reminder the impacts of this chaos have not been really felt yet. All this is happening on the grace of trust (that they can ride this out). The market falls out or the polls drop hard enough and things will spiral very quickly.

"what do they have to fear"

Quite a lot I'd argue. They have three-ish of the six keys of power, and those will last for 1400 days at the longest, likely less than 690. They're losing the narrative and momentum. What's their backup plan? Steal the vault and flee to Russia?

Pew disagrees with CBS. 47% (still his highest ever). Policy takes time, even a blitz like Trump's. Also note that there's two barometers news uses, polls and stock markets. Guess which one gets more limelight.
1. Trump’s second term: Early ratings and expectations
Americans are deeply divided over Trump’s plans and how he is handling his job as president in the early weeks of his return to office.

If Bove wanted even the veneer of impartiality, 'with corrupt and partisan intent' and 'discretion' would be nowhere in this document. Subjective claims means 'by the mercy of the prosecution'.
