I guess it's too far back for VAR to intervene, but that's a blatant foul on Bowen in the build up to that goal. Really poor refereeing #whufc

Encouraging start to the Potter reign. Better team for large parts of that game and hampered by injuries. Unfortunately the game turned on a set piece after a really poor decision from the ref. That got their tails up and they pushed on with a decent second goal. #whufc

Feel really sorry for Fulkrug. He's had no luck with injuries at all since he came in and he'd knocked a few goals in over the last few games. Time for Danny Ings to get a proper run in the team now I guess #whufc

Pleased with the appointment of Graham Potter. It feels like the right balance of experience in this league and a manager that has a footballing identity. He's also got something to prove which I like. Immediate fixtures aren't great but hopefully this will drive some optimism #whufc

Pleased with the decision to move on Lopetegui. It was obvious pretty early on it wasn't a good fit and the team looked devoid of a style of play or even the suggestion that they were progressing towards one. As always the board have embarrassed us by publicly dragging the decision out #whufc

Depressing being a west ham fan this season. Turgid football, inevitable that we'll lose by at least 3 against anyone decent. Even when we do pick up points it's unconvincing. We'd have lost at Southampton the other day if the big lump up top wasn't a donkey #whufc
