Nah you're not wrong and I get it. I think I was just trying to say I accepted I won't be super focused on the game necessarily as much as I would be in a 1v1 competitive. For me commander and magic are different mindsets and to make it work for me, I've had to accept I'll misplay or lose focus

I also would add that I personally am rarely trying to make absolutely sure I make the optimal play and instead focus on just doing anything within the ruleset.

Also my decks typically don't have a "THING" they must do to be fun. Instead it's just "did I play some cards?"

I really feel like I've accepted that commander isn't Magic The Gathering, it's Magic : The Gathering The Board Game.

In my mind the winner is whoever did stuff (cast spells, interacted a bit etc) and had fun, and in a perfect game that's everyone and winning is truly secondary.

Should clarify, it's actually the SECOND worst thing. The actual WORST is the co-ferment fruit FLAVORED, coffees being sold at absurd prices without even explaining that it's got literal fruit in it, hence the Haribo candy level of fruit notes.
