Today marks 75th anniversary of #Limavady losing its railway. A century of connectivity erased in an instance. Limavady would be the easiest, quickest & cheapest rail reopening on the island - & we're campaigning to see it happen👍 Hear us speak at #Stendhal this Sunday ('Stage the Change' @ 3:45pm)

Anyone know what size of crowd the UB40 gig at Ebrington has drawn? Can hear 'Cherry Oh Baby' frm my city centre house, & the crowd roar after each tune sounds loud 🙂 Not my type of band, but hope it drew a good crowd🤞🏻 #Derry needs to prove itself as a draw for bigger artists🎵

A huge 90mins of football for Strabane Athletic FC tomorrow, as they face Crewe United in the @officialnifl.bsky.social PIL promotion play-off. #Strabane take a 3-1 lead into the game, with the winner promoted to the 3rd (NI-wide) tier of Irish League football. 3pm, Saturday 31st at Melvin Arena 👍⚽️

Funny to see Man United lose to a made-up team of Asian-based nobodies on their latest 'brand-building' tour. But you have to wonder what right a load of Malaysians - with no genuine connection to the club, & who think Old Trafford is a TV/film set - hav to boo a club they've just leached onto?🤷♂️
