"Have you seen that Eiffel Tower they have in Las Vegas...? Blows the old one away, so much nicer, shiny - really big. And you don't have to travel to Spain or France or wherever the Hell it is to see it. I could've built it cheaper, but they didn't ask me...I would've said yes, but, whatever.."

Not the issue. At the last minute, after 90+ % of the vote was in, 30,000 votes suddenly appeared. The population of the area doesn't allow for that kind of number. A recount doesn't seem too much to ask.
