'Tea' for the girls yesterday in the rain, followed by tea for us in a mug out of a teapot. Trying not to feel too guilty about being indoors on a Sunday winter's evening. They are outdoor animals and wouldn't want to come indoors anyway. Mostly. There are a few that would try to if they could!

I have been musing about where my confidence comes from.

It includes knowledge, experience and what others say. But probably the biggest source of confidence is the story I tell myself about who I am, or could be, and what I can do.

I am off to tell myself some (true) believable stories.
