If we insisted on same day hair appts many of us would be disappointed. But do GP surgeries need to offer same day? If there's a UTC isn't that where we should go? I'm struggling to think of anything that might need 'same day' that isn't catered for in a UTC except maybe gynae.

They also qualify for additional support like schooling and clothing, a phone etc. This is why there are instances of adult males claiming to be 14. Naturally the far right make great press out of this. What should the UK Gov do about this? Genuine question, as asylum tourism starts to looks real.
