A majority of top jobs in the UK go to former public school pupils who are 7% of all pupils.
They are not at public schools because they represent the top 7% of all UK pupils so I suggest this is bad for Britain and we don’t use the best of all talents.

Rugby - the only way that Tier 2 nations can develop and be self-sufficient is to allow them to be promoted, as of right, to the top two tournaments in global rugby. Whether it is every 1,2, or 3 years and whether by playoff, etc, can be agreed, but the automatic right by winning is the point.
