The WH is surely underestimating Bradley. They obviously plan to dangle a pardon in exchange for cooperation. But Bradley, despite his apparently catastrophic judgment and actions, has considerable smarts (I’ve seen them on display) and may well end up with more leverage over them than the reverse.

It appears that way
My old man is in Arlington and risked his life explicitly for the rule of law here and abroad. I was acquainted with Mitch 20 years ago and had hoped he’d be a bulwark against lawlessness. Instead it seems likely that after decades of striving he bought a fourth star with a crime. I want an inquiry.
