Definitely something to ponder! Some have argued for 'vesiduction' as a fourth term. I've been hesitant to adopt that until we better understand delivery mechanisms, and typically refer to "extracellular vesicle-mediated gene transfer" - but it's clear that those 3 don't cover everything happening
