they have to break the game before they can fix it. no one really knows if this is going to work!

for the last decade it's been almost impossible to play WoW with the default UI. it literally will not give you the information you need without custom addons. blizzard wants to change that. so they're removing API calls, simplifying the game, and building native versions of popular addons.

finding the exact fiddly part you need to fix a minor annoyance is one of life's great joys.

i'm also going to try to hand code a blog for my website. so if anyone has advice on a simple, non-dumb way to do that, i would love to hear it
