I'm surprised that anyone with the good sense to be on Bluesky would still be using Spotify.

Employer should not be involved in this, period. That's how things got into the mess we have now. For instance, how do you handle spouses/families on an employer plan? It has never worked properly.

I'll be impressed when they take action against Taekwondo for handing out "honorary black belts".

Your reporting was amazing, but what touched me most about that moment was that the Koreans went from "out of control president" back to "rule of law and order" in just over a month.

It was never pointless.

In order to get Obamacare passed back in 2010, Republicans demanded that the 'public option' be removed because it would bankrupt the insurance companies. Never forget.

It gets worse: There is currently an active shooter at Evergreen High School in Colorado.

People need to notice that there is a huge difference in body language at play here. Mr. Frost is truly a class act. The other guy has some stuff going on. I understand the importance of what you're trying to do, but please be careful who you associate with.

That would take a good chunk out of the US debt. Then, no more deficit spending (no reason the richest country in the world should rack up debt). And the rich would be rich again within 6 months, so in the end nobody loses.

Intel has been on a steady path to self-destruction since before Covid. So, while this might be an interesting experiment in how the government can better benefit from its corporate handouts, this particular investment is headed to zero.

Not on any meds fortunately, but I've got your next challenge for ya: Figure out how to get a $5,000, 45 second CT Scan down to $500. Seems like it should be possible, right?

I think the bigger problem is: what repubs are doing feels like manipulation, getting buy-in from constituents by telling them what they WANT to hear even if it's not true. While dems have a moral objection to knowingly manipulating people. But truth and facts are no longer compelling for many.

I will never forget Obama's campaign promise to fix healthcare as soon as he got into office. Healthcare was costing my family a fortune. Democrats held a trifecta, but accomplished NOTHING! Obamacare had to be watered down so much when it finally came out, because they lost their trifecta.

Musk believes it's okay to use someone for all they are worth and discard them when no longer needed. In that vein, Musk could be a big help to bringing about RCV and ending the 2 party system forever. Then, simply discard.

I wish it were that simple but Boebert, Noem, Mace among others are frightening examples that this behavior knows no gender boundaries.

It's fascinating to watch how people react when they suddenly have access to a billionaire. What Mr. Cuban is doing with this platform is truly special. An approachable rich person is a rare quality, and he dives in head first taking whatever comes at him. Please don't get discouraged.

I've been trying to switch to alternate social media for years, but no service manages to gain enough momentum. BS (unfortunate abbrev.) has done the best so far, but it is still seen as a liberal echo chamber, and will be until it is used for more generalized purposes.

"Systemic issue" is correct. If a person wants to be an educated person, it's there for them. The percentage of people who want to be educated is at an all-time low. They would rather take the easy way through life. It's more fun in the moment.

It's far too limited on who can use it. I'm not eligible. I do my taxes myself though, I just use a different low-cost service that I'm eligible for.

Like the rest of us, he's trying not to drown in a Fountain of Sorrow. It would be good to see his smiling face tonight, but that magic feeling never seems to last.

The only part of this I agree with is that Biden was far too slow to act on many things. Furthermore, Democrats failed to acknowledge the obvious hardships that so many were dealing with. But I believe the solution lies in the FCC. Take back truth in media and the brainwashing stops.
