After hiding out (read ‘sleeping in’) from the latest arctic blast with sub-0F temps and icy roads, I hit the pavement this morning. Wore my ice cleat slip-ons, ut needed to actively look for ice on paths. Felt good to run after 5 days, even with the sweatcicles. #Runsky #runningpunks

Darmstadt pt zwei. So a local colleague suggested a run course through a park and woods to the east. I incorporated that with my planned long run. It was dark, foggy, and hilly. There was bushwacking. And I am glad the hotel provided snacks. Now to sleep on the plane home. #runsky #runningpunks
