Even though it was removed, they don’t want to risk people toeing the line and resubmitting stuff like that until it passes in bad faith. Which obviously isn’t the case here. But I think this case is different than the payment processor stuff they were pulling earlier this year.

I think they are correct in their FAQs that it was likely the submission of the scene with the child riding a naked person that did it (and Valve responded even mentioning children, nudity, and “grey zones” in their reply). Children and nudity on platforms with use content is usually zero tolerance
