On the other end we have Peter Cushing as Van Helsing in a stylish red smoking jacket. The classic tailoring prevents cuffs rising or bunching at the shoulder when driving stakes into the heart of the undead. A lost art unfortunately.

I'm surprised the menswear guy hasn't done a thread in horror movie tailoring.
So I will. I'll start with jack Nicholson in the shining. The language of his clothing, work boots, plain jeans and a cord blouson jacket points to blue collar working man. An ideal look for an aspiring axe murderer.
