I’m having a lazy day, relaxing and contemplating. But at the same time I’m contemplating a well-being toolkit. Good things can come out of laziness.

After a year of procrastination I’ve finally booked the first to start laying down this album. The demos are down but I’m thinking this album might have two iterations. Firstly basic bare bones tracks followed by the full production. I’m thinking intimate and dark.

I awoke this morning with a shedload of stuff in my head. I grabbed my notebook and scribbled it all down. It was graphic but messy. I joined things up and tagged them. Now I’ve got it all down digitally in Google Docs to act upon and get stuff done.

I bought a guitar plectrum in Liverpool one time. All the while I imagined I was a member of the Beatles.

joined a new gym this week. They gave me a 3 day program. Legs one day. Arms the next day etc. I’m gonna mix it up and create my own program.

I feel it in my bones. Today is gonna be a good day.
