I absolutely love stories like this! Despite all of the evil in the world, there are good people. That, and we have animals who are ignorant of world events and just cheer us up by simply being.

I am a Boomer. I remember when death, mental illness, cancer, sex and money were taboo subjects. Ignorance keeps us from action.

Every chance I get, I mention that talking about child sex abuse is the way to end it. There is something called Erin's Law that has been passed in many, but not all states to address teaching children how to recognize and avoid being victimized.
