Horrible violence in Utah. Political violence, if that is the motive, is an aggressive cancer that kills us all.

AOC: The girls are fighting aren’t they
Ken, agree with you that NYT failed by saying "no evidence." However, this local report seems to suggest his husband might not have told police what he posted (if the police rpt is complete). And there is a lot more nuance than in the NYT article.

Waiting for the text of the order, but Trump apparently signed an executive order today targeting Jenner & Block, per the pool report.

Here's my piece from Sunday on Trump's attack on lawyers and the rule of law:
Donald Trump wants to, and is working to, destroy the rule of law
Attn, BigLaw: There will be no law firm business to save if Trump succeeds. Also: DOJ is planning Second Amendment litigation. And, for paid subscribers: Closing my tabs.

Suggestion for you to also track who is representing the plaintiff, especially if law firm involved, as a way to make note of the BigLaw not capitulating. Be willing to help with it.

Hey Senator @chrismurphyct.bsky.social. Where are you on the (NOT-)clean continuing resolution from the GOP? Why are you not out leading on this? Musk needs to be stopped now, and this is the only tool you have for the next 6 months. By then, it might be too late.
If the NYT wants people to return and resubscribe, this is probably an article it should put in front of the paywall.
@schatz.bsky.social what happened to no unanimous consent?
Paycheck Protection Program, where there was a lot of fraud. And some of it slowly being rooted out.

Repost with Alt Text - was in a hurry when I first posted this a little while ago. Sorry, all, really.
Repost from person at OPM, claims they're holding off some MuskRats and asking for a Congressperson or media to come and document it.
Any ideas for sr. big law refugee to do the good work protecting democracy full time?
