Hes not threatening EU or UK, he is threatening Europe as a whole. In fact he does seem to understand what the EU is.

Federal agencies have been crippled under Trump, they are controlled by Trump appointed people. Its unlikely that will change while Trump is around.

At least there is a stay of execution for the time being. But the threat has not gone away, just been put back while 'negotiations' take place. Maybe Trump will not make it until those negotiations have been completed.

Oh, Trump remembers something said about a country in the past that he just became aware of. Yet he forgets promising $2000 checks to the citizens said just last month? Its almost like everything he says is a lie, which of course is the reality.

There are many ways to measure size of a nation. The USA has 50 nations under one overall government. Despite the size of the landmass, the population is not so different in size.
