UK citizen here, so admittedly seeing this from afar. Lots of calls for Gov Walz to do more, e.g. call out the National Guard. The way I see it there’s a tightrope being walked as clearly any incident between ICE and the NG results in the Insurrection Act, which Trump has wanted all along.
