Just my take but I doubt they trade him right now given his injury history. Maybe he starts out in W to get acclimated/running etc? Then it could be a platoon situation🤷🏻♂️

I just hope with a healthy season from Mayer🤞🏻 they manage his workload. Seemed to tire down the stretch (to be expected with age and having not played nearly that much in a long time). I think this is a very good thing overall.
