Yeah, was in Northern Idaho for a work trip a few years back, a group of us went out to a bar after a conference. Ended up changing locations, because the first place we went allowed indoor smoking. It felt like such an aberration.

We went and did the fake ice skating in Pioneer Square Saturday. Was it as good as the real thing: no. Was it free: yes. Did the kiddos have a blast: also yes. Rejoice!

The buck stops anywhere else, unless it’s something good, but if that good thing has any negative ramifications then those were someone else’s fault.

But it was such a unique building. No other building like it. It was “one of many copies of a 1946 prototype created for Seattle-First National Bank, many of which are still standing in Seattle and across the region”. 😂

He’s perplexed by the word groceries and thinks asylum seekers are patients from mental institutions. It would be amazing if he knew what a dog was. And even then I can’t imagine that he would understand why anyone would want to keep a dog as a pet.

I was torn. Kind of felt the same way; even as a Mariners fan. I just took heart though in the degree to which regardless of the outcome it is such a diverse sport and the winning team was significantly bolstered by international players.

I think for a lot of us that this makes her much more relatable; not less. Who better to understand and seek to address the affordability crisis of our city than someone struggling with the affordability crisis of our city.

Started to make a post saying that it seems like if a city wanted to they could create a small snow plow to clear bike lanes. Then I figured that can’t be such a novel idea as to not already exist. Looked it up and sure enough snow plows for bike lanes are real.
