He also completed an IT course and received a certificate from the Poplar HARCA Digital Inclusion Team, showing how practical support and learning opportunities can transform lives. #DigitalInclusion

Since joining the centre, he can now walk independently with a tripod support, communicate clearly, and has regained confidence. He has built friendships and reduced frustration from past speech difficulties. #Impact

In 2011, he joined Sonali Gardens Day Centre, where he took part in activities, socialised with other service users, and reconnected with the wider community through our transport and outreach services. #CommunityInclusion

Take the example of a service user who came to England from Bangladesh in 1978. After a heart attack and multiple strokes, he became wheelchair-bound and lost his ability to speak clearly. #MigrationStories

We provide practical support, welcoming spaces, and opportunities that help migrants thrive. This includes advice services, social and cultural activities, and skills-building programmes like IT workshops and language classes. #Empowerment
