Carla, there is absolutely no way that anything by Baroness Falkner will ever be thought-out. She HATES trans people. She was only installed to cause us harm. All the EHRC have done since she's been there is try to hurt us. This isn't a misstep, it's her sole purpose

The ruling does not recommend that trans people should be excluded. The government is misrepresenting the law. Read this - the Equality Act indicates that trans people are to be allowed to use facilities of their identified gender by default.

The ruling does not recommend that trans people should be excluded. The government is misrepresenting the law. Read this - the Equality Act indicates that trans people are to be allowed to use facilities of their identified gender by default.
