I did weigh up whether to also post on here, but thought it wouldn’t hurt as there can sometimes be a disconnect between those making policies & those dealing with issues that can arise because of them. Not knowing exactly who does what at Topshelf, I decided it was worth a mention here, too

I *had* been looking forward to listening to my copy from your store, but it arriving with a sizeable seam split was a bit of a downer, especially as I’d asked about it being shipped outside the sleeve when ordering, only to be told this wasn’t possible as it was shrink wrapped. Maddening policy 🤷‍♂️

That’s a philosophical spin on it! It’s been pretty wild around here, yes. Definitely weather to be appreciative of indoor comfort.
