Like the shoulders, wheels and some other details give away that it’s definitely got its own thing going, but the pins and hinges on either side of his head and the under-forearm kibble got me like

It’s wild that it’s not a re-release of an existing mould like our friend said above, but appears to be close enough to an existing one that it looks light an osko unless you really look at it
