There's no good, reliable way to gauge someone's value and potential from a resume and an interview. You can weed out some bad fits. But there's no magic to interviews. You make your best guess, provide the new person with support, and hole for the best.

Grumpy Old Coot Skywalker was fantastic. The best part of the trilogy IMO, although I understand why people don't appreciate that they took the character that direction.

Before Duke dies, we see Miles hand Duke the glass. Later, when rehashing events just before Duke's death, we see Miles put a glass on the table, and Duke picks it up. But this is Miles's version of the story. Unreliable narrator.
