My 4 y/o is playing Yoshi's Story on the N64 for the first time and is loving it. And seeing her play on a CRT just makes it that much better :)

Now I've read the Hobbit a long time ago and don't remember much. But I never finished any book from Lord of the Rings.
So I bought these really nice hardback copies with a gift card and I'm looking forward to reading all of these finally!

I've posted a lot this past year about how reading the Wheel of Time series for the first time has been amazing.

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing
I was really hyped to play this through for the first time. And while this game is solid I do think it's the weaker than Nightfire or Agent Under Fire. Difficulty is poorly balanced and the mission structure is strange.

Super Mario World
There is the age old debate of which is better, SMB 3 or SMW. For me it's SMW by a mile. I love the short levels of 3 but World just has so much more of everything and it's significantly more fair.

I adore this series man. I really should go back and play the pre-reboot ones but I REALLY love this new trilogy. So much creativity and freedom are given to you and you have so many ways of playing. The level design is INSANE.
