The problem is the "free" market in real estate. Mountain towns will suffocate as essential workers are priced out no matter what wage is paid. Do what Canada does (take 50% of capital gains in taxes),or what Switzerland and Austria do (restrict ownership to the native born, AKA "Lex Coller laws")

The stupidest part is he antagonizes Trudeau just to amuse his idiot base. He will need friends someday, and he wont have them. I would pass on the tuna salad when you visit Montreal too. At least MAGAs still have Branson Missouri
